The mini bar is 4 can sodas and 4 bottles of local purified water. The hotel itself is just old and need to be remodeled. Lol but the service was amazing!! David the guy in the dining area was absolutely great. So if u wear makeup u are gonna melt at breakfast and dinner. Now the dining area was a room that was on the roof but super hot and not air conditioned appropriately but closed in. Made sure we were well fed and drinks!! The best part of the resort was the pool area. The guys at the pool (Fernando and Arnold) where the best. Now outside of these things the pool was small but nice and I enjoyed it. And 30 40 mins later u get two towel max. So if u need towel u have to text for it. Now.The front desk is an outdoors porch area. So grab something at the airport if u get in after 3. due to the pool bar closing at 5pm u have to wait til the dinner transition. Ridiculous considering if you go to playa del Carmen to any pharmacy you don’t pay more than 30usd per person,& considering the pricey “all inclusive”package we purchased you figure they could at least include that with all other inconveniences. We are from USA so we have to be covid tested before heading back we ask front if they offer this they say yes for $60usd/person. Sunday morning we call front to try &order room service breakfast from restaurant, we can only get toast or cereal no restaurant items. Back to Thursday evening cold showers for everyone, Friday morning mid shower water cuts off.

Come Sunday pool is still only half way full one hot tub full of cold water that does not warm up other filled with trash. Come Saturday pool area was open but pool itself was empty 🙄. Dipping pool on our balcony was to be filled Friday so that we could at least enjoy that, never got filled entire stay. At this time they told us pool would be closed next day and be open the following which would be on saturday. Ok so first night I didn’t expect much just because they were trying to get everything back to normal at check in they sent someone to take our order for dinner we had 2 choices in main dish. Which by the way there is only 1 restaurant and 1 snack bar by the pool. When we first arrived it was in the evening after hurricane grace passed so I was trying to be understanding of the restaurant being closed and things being unorganized.
